BEAUTIFICATION OF SCHOOL

LIBRARY PROPOSAL
INTRODUCTION
A school library is a collection of sources of information
and similar resources, made accessible to defined students or
teachers for reference or borrowing. Nowadays, students of
MNHS are not aware off using the school library. The school
library of MNHS has a small space for the students do duty
and this mentioned library is also lack of books and lack of
library materials. We want to proposed a project about
Beautification of School Library that includes new books and
new library materials and space expansion of the library. This
proposal can help to persuade the students to study well and
they can study silently in the library.
PURPOSE/NEED
The school library of Maayon National High School is lack
of library materials like books, tables, chair and book shelves.
The school library of MNHS is also needs a space expansion for
the students to have a wide and comfortable space for
studying. The school library of the mentioned school also
looks old and it is not eye catching. Our proposal wants to
beautify the school library with new library materials. This
project can benefits a lot to the students and teachers and
also in school to be aware that library is always here when you
need a space and peaceful mind.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The beautification of the school library of MNHS can
give improvement and progress to the mentioned school. The
new library materials and space expansion of the school
library can help students to study well with comfort and it
gives an eye-catching and pleasure sighting. This project aims
to have a school development on school improvement. The
students can study well if there is a wide and comfortable
space and they can increase their knowledge by reading books
in the library. By this project, the students will often spent
their time in the library in doing assignment and other school
works. Twelve to fifteen laborers were only needed to
construct or beautify the school library.
BUDGETARY
The budget for construction materials is 100,000 pesos and
for labor is 50,000 pesos and for books is 50,000 pesos with
the Overall total of 200,000 pesos.
