PT Akebono Brake Astra was first established in 1981. Its
initial name was PT Tri Dharma Wisesa and located at Jalan
Pegangsaan Dua Blok A1 KM 1,6 Kelapa Gading, Jakarta
Utara 14250. PT Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia is a private
company that runs in manufacture industry and mainly produce
Brake System on the motor vehicles.

PT Akebono Brake Astra’s logo can be seen in Figure 2. Their

business is focused on Brakes, Master Cylinder, and Friction.
Their two-shift production is around 450000 units/year for cars
and 1.450.000 units/year for motorcycles.

• Before filling out the document,
the user must enter the NPK and
password.
 Main Page

• The main page contains the

documents template format.

must fill in the document level,
document code, location and
department.

information that must be
filled/selected is:

- Fill in the purpose/description

- Selecting Checker and Approver
- Input SUK document in Excel
- Choose the APD used according to the
document
- Then click send
 Input Request Document

• Before filling in the information, make sure the data that has been filled in automatically is
correct.
Purpose

• In this section, the user must fill in

the information/description
Notification
• In this section, the user must select Checker and Approver.
Upload Documents
• In this section, the user must enter the SUK
document in Excel.
Choose APD
• User is instructed to choose APD according to Document.

• Page Master Register is a document that has been inputted by the user.

• On the details button, we can find out the status of our document. Has it
been approved/rejected by Checker and Approver.

 Master Register
• Search results on the Master Register are in
accordance with what is input by the user.
 Master List Document
• The user can also search for documents that have
been approved in the application.
