GRADER construction for construction and

maintenance of dirt roads and gravel
roads. The grader typically consist of
 three axles, with the engine and cab
situated top, the rear axles at one end
of the vehicle and a third axle at the
front end of the vehicle, with the
blade in between.
• In the construction of paved roads
they are used to prepare the base
course to create a wide flat surface for
the asphalt to be placed on.
• They  are also used to set native soil
foundation pads to finish grade prior
to the construction of large buildings.
Many countries use grader for the
flatting process that is done before
the placing of Asphalt.

• The hydrostatic truck mixer transports
concrete /mortar directly from plant to
the place where it is to be poured.

concreting works like Multi-storeyed
buildings, Bridge, Road works etc. The
basic function of transit mixer is to
maintain the concrete's liquid state,
through the turning of the drum till the
point of delivering at construction site.

PQC PAVER
• Concrete lining paver is widely used for
pavement of canal, Airport Apron & Runway
roads, Flooring, Reservoir, Bridges etc. It
consists of sturdy frame structure made
from plates, pipes & angles etc. The frames
are normally made in length of 1220mm,
1830, 2440mm & 3660mm for easy
handling. It consists of two hydraulic power
pack units, one is at fix console from where
the operator operates the machine &
another is traveling unit i.e. undercarriage.
Each unit is equipped with electric motor.

HOT MIX PLANT
• Asphaltic concrete is a mixture of
asphalt, coarse aggregates, fine
aggregates & filler material. After
mixing, we are heating them up to
final product called “HOT MIX”. There
are two basic types of plants used to
manufacture hot mix asphalt:
1. Batch type plant 
2. Drum(continuous) type plant

BITUMEN PAVER • Wet Mix Paver Finisher finds
suitability with asphalt, wet mix,
DBM, GSB, and DLC. It has a working
capacity of 300 T/hrs. It has a
hydraulic conveyor drive and is
proffered with advanced
functionality. This works as a best
solution for laying the wet mixes of
concrete.
• Highly efficient and long lasting in
nature. Wet Mix Pavers serve as an
economical solution for laying wet
mix Macadam and dry lean concrete
in line with M.O.R.T.H.

BITUMEN BOILER AND
SPRAYER • Bitumen pressure distributor is
developed for tack coat and between
spraying application. This equipment is
capable of applying a uniform coating
of hot & emulsion bitumen on specified
surface in prescribed quality. Its
capacity is up to 3000 litres. capacity
with heating arrangement and other
standard accessories such as Spray Bar,
Gear Pump. It is mounted on fabricated
chassis with four pneumatic tyres
wheels and air Cooled Diesel Engine.

• Price of sprayer ranges from 7lc to 9lc.
ROAD KERBING MACHINE
• A curb/kerb is the edge where a raised
pavement/sidewalk/footpath, road
median or road shoulder meets an
unraised street or other roadway.
Typically made from concrete, asphalt
or long stones, the purpose is twofold:
first as a gutter for proper drainage of
the roadway and second for safety, to
prevent motorists from driving onto the
shoulder, median, sidewalk or
pavement.

device or material that is used on a
road surface in order to convey official
information. They are commonly
placed with road marking machines or

designate areas for other uses.
