● Ten or more years working experience includes at least five years of senior nonprofit
management experience.

● Excellent organization and leadership skills.
● Ability to effectively communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and values to donors,
volunteers and the overall community.
● Ability to develop and execute financial strategies.
Vice President (VP)

Job Responsibilities
The VP works closely together with the presidents and board of directors. Vice President
helps lead the daily operation of the organization. The VP ensures that all mission objectives are
met. The VP also aids the president with reporting semi-annual data of finances and operational
successes.
