Everyone has the right to impart and
receive information, as enshrined in
the 1987 Philippine Constitution,
specifically Article III, Section 4.
FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION

• It is necessary precondition for attaining sustainable development.

• When people freely express their views, they can participate in development
activities through information they access from media and information sources.
• When we become more conscious of the value of access to media and
information and active participation towards development, we the contribute to
the attainment of a sustainable future.
As we enjoy freedom of
expression as a democratic
country, this always comes
with responsibility.

the personal data protected by data
collectors? Are we allowed to limit our
