 Naukri.com is an Indian employment website operating in
India and Middle East.

 Naukri.com was founded in March 1997 by Indian


businessman Sanjeev Bikhchandani, who started Info Edge
(India) Ltd. in 1995.

 This case is about employee retention, motivation and the


hunt for talent.
WHAT IS EMPLOYEE RETENTION ?
 In simple words, employee retention is the effort taken by an
organization to hold on to its most prized asset - the
employees! Moreover, a low or high employee retention rate
directly impacts the company's overall business.
OBJECTIVES

 To understand common causes for intentions to leave that


trigger retention decisions :Alternative offers,desire for
further education and lack of harmony in the team
 To participate in or observed retention conversation through
role playing
 to give participants with tools for handling retention
conversation effectively.

employees are not satisfied with their work than there is no way a
company achieves its targeted goals.
 Communication with the employees is the key to get rid of almost every
kind of hurdles and barriers in its way towards its growth.
 Appreciation of employees work makes them motivated for the new
challenges that they are going to face with in the organisation.
