room hotel located in the capital city of Calapan in the Northeastern part
of the island of Mindoro in Southern Luzon, Philippines. It is a perfect
venue for seminar, conference, wedding and other occasions. It provide

PARTY B. (EVENT ORGANIZER)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Party A acknowledges Party B Services in the event promotions.
2. Party A will settle the 50% down payment based on the budget proposal. The remaining amount will be settled upon the
completion of the event.
3. In the case of cancellation, 10% will be refunded to Party A within 8 weeks before the event. Less than 8 weeks means no refund.
4. Party B shall comply and shall be in-charge of the agreed aspects of the event as mentioned in Event Proposal.
5. When both or any of the party is impacted by Force Majeure, both parties shall request for extension or terminate the
agreement. In this situation, the obligations may be exempted in whole or in part, unless laws provide otherwise
