Organizing more donation camps.

Ongoing
Porter’s five force model Pandemic and
other natural
Dropdown in the number of visitors. Calamities. Large scale immediate requirement.

Securing rules and precautions for collection camps.

Solutions:
•Design a proper presentation showing safety of all the participating entities, to attain permission for organizing
donation camps.
 All the staff members in the collection sites should be properly equipped with masks, gloves, and other distancing necessities. Heat temperature
check-up and sanitization facilities for every visitor, at the main gate.
All the donations should be kept in a safe box for isolation, before handling, for days.
• Talk to hospitals, and individual doctors and vendors for donation of basic medicines.
• In many clothing companies, defective pieces go unused. So talk to the companies for donation of those defective
pieces as well as discarded usable waste like cloth sheets, and disputed and unsold products.
• Circulate in social media the necessity of donation for needy people.
Contingency Plan: We can organize door step collection of goods from the people who are willing to donate, by
circulating a phone number to call to, if they have something to donate. This should be done maintaining all the social
distancing precautions. Society Secretaries can help in pool collection of goods.
