Visual Arts
Are arts forms such as painting,
drawing, printmaking,
sculpture,ceramics,design crafts
and architecture.
Filmmaking
A process of making a film of moving images
that turns into films
- a full- length features film often takes many weeks or
months to produce.
Printmaking
It is an art that is made by covering a
plate with ink and pressing it.
Painting- is often
called the most
important term of
visual arts.its
putting on a
canvas or a wall

During the Renaissance painting become very


impy art.italy became the centre of Renaissance
painting.
Photography
Is making pictures by letting the light-
through the lenses of the camera onto a film.
Ceramics
During the Renaissance , ceramic developed
into a high art form, artist were inspired by glazed
pottery from China and Muslim regions of the
middle East and Spain. In Italy pottery developed a
technique known as majolica, which involved
glazing a clay object, painting design on it, coating
it with a clear glaze.

-A similar types of ceramic known as Faiences


emerged in France.
Drawing
- Is creating a picture with a variety of tools in most
cases pencil, crayons, pens markers.
- artist draw on different types of surface like paper or
canvas. The first drawing were discovered in cavas that
data back about 30,000 years
- Ancient Egyptian draw on papyrus Greek and formats
made drawing on other objects like vases.

- in middle ages drawing were sketches that were


made on parchment.

Also known as. Drawing that
results from direct to real observation are
life drawing.
Emotive drawing Similar to
painting , emotive drawing
emphasis the exploration
and expression of different
emotions feelings and
moods
Analytic drawing
Sketches that are created by clear
understanding and representation on a two
dimensional made by an artist.
Perspective drawing
Used by artist to create three-
dimensional images on a two- dimensional picture
such as paper.
Diagrammatic drawing
Serves as active design process for
instant ideas so conceived.
