• Method to relieve gas pain by

using a sliced of ginger with
alcoholized cotton balls on top
and covered it by a glass.
Indications:

Materials:

• Alcohol
• Sliced ginger
• Matches
• Cotton balls
• Baby oil
• Glass
 Procedure:
• Prepare all the materials needed.
• Position pt. on bed to a prone
position.
• Provide privacy.
• Remove the shirt of the pt. and place
baby oil and massage to the entire
back portion of the body.
• Light the alcoholized cotton ball.
• Apply a force to move the glass slowly
on the entire back portion of the body.
• Repeat until pt. is satisfied or
relieved.
• Remove glass slowly to avoid
skin irritation.
• After the procedure advice pt.
not to take a bath for a day to
have a good effect.
