Overview:
 In the early 1930s in Japan, a scientist named, Dr. Minoru
Shirota, selected and cultivated the Lactobacillus casei.
Overview:
 In 1935, the first bottle of Yakult, a fermented milk-based
product drink produced in glass bottles.
Overview:
 The nurses who worked for Dr. Shinota was later referred to
as Yakult ladies and sold bottles to the customers.
Overview:
 In 1955 Dr. Shirota, established Yakult Honsha LTD, in
Tokyo Japan this point on it has expanded since then.
Overview:
 Yakult was then introduced in the Philippines in 1978.
 Its popularity among Filipinos has significantly grown in the past 30 years. The Yakult
plant at barrio, Makiling, Calamba Laguna is one of Asia's best production facilities in
terms of technology, sanitation, and quality control.

 Our objective is to continue in promoting a delicious milk drink and raise awareness among people of its

healthy benefits to our digestive system. We will continue in bringing happiness to people with every

bottle of Yakult. Carrying out our campaign that is relevant to this time of Pandemic, we want to make

people feel the comfort that Yakult can bring. As we are now facing struggles and too much stress

everyday especially our frontliners; We want Yakult to be a simple reminder that after every hard work

we also need to give attention to our health. We want them to feel that we also care for them. Moreover,

we want to build a deeper relationship with our loyal customers and future to be; by sending healthy and

positive vibes with our slogan "Even though we're far away, with Yakult everyday is okay." so keep going!.
