Campaign
Objectives
• Sell all tickets within
first 3 days
• All 10,000 tickets sold
a month in advance
• Expand the fanbase of
Georgia Football

Campaign Activities
and Schedule
• August 1st- We will call vendors to book for the event. This
will include booking our Dj and making several playlists.
• August 8th- We will talk to multiple radio stations and make
flyers for the event. Radio stations such as Q100, 94.9 The
Bull, and 104.7 
• August 15th- Flyers will be finished and will be posted
around campus and off campus to attract mass audiences
• August 22nd- We will start calling vendors such as:
Papa Johns, Kona Ice, and Chick-fil-A. We will also call
vendors that do carnival games to make it as kid friendly as
possible

• August 24th- This is 1 month before our event and everything is planned out. 1st round of flyers and
social media posts have been sent out. Below is our flyer and social media post.

• September 1st- 21 days till our event. We are still promoting and still striving to sell all of the tickets.
Shirt designs  are released on the 12th of September. Long sleeve and short sleeve t-shirts are for sale.
Design is located below.
• September 21st- This is the morning before our event. Our setup crew will go to Myers Quad at 7am and
work on helping people who are bringing their tents and tables to help setup. This will last all day and
small snacks are provided.
• September 22nd- Its event day and we can wait to allow all of the Football fans in. Everything is set up
and ready to go. Gate opens at 8 and we can wait for the rest of the day to unfold.
