The team met twice a week over Zoom. On the first day, a thorough analysis of the Capstone courier was done after every round.
Propositions and plans for the next round would be suggested by the team after considering all the perspectives.
On the second day, after analyzing the debrief, we as a team discussed all the possible strategies to counter the competitors’
performance, finalized our decisions and made changes as per the Performa statements of capstone.
