BACKGROUND/SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS/PROJECT
RATIONALE

One of the major problem of Grade 11 HUMSS ALMARIO is the

cleanliness of their room. This project aims to maintain cleanliness and
provide basic cleaning materials to the classroom. The project will also
focus on eliminating dirt in the classroom and to improve the
cleanliness of the said classroom, with the cooperation from
ALMARIANS themselves, sanitation management in the classroom
would be attained, and it will be achieved through cooperation,
discussion, and discipline.
Thus, the project includes forming of 4 groups responsible on
cleaning from Monday-Thursday every week. On Friday, all
students of the said section shall attend the general cleaning. If a
student don’t participate, she/he must donate a cleaning material.
The major goal of this project is to manage the sanitation in the
classroom of 11 HUMSS ALMARIO.
 PROJECT DESCRIPTION/BASIC INFORMATION

This project is entitled “MANAGEMENT AND SANITATION

OF CLEANLINESS OF GRADE XI-HUMSS ALMARIO”.
Maintaining the cleanliness in the classroom of 11 HUMSS
ALMARIO has been the major problem of the students. Most of the
students are very lazy and doesn’t want to clean. This project is a
unsolicited or voluntary.
For this project, we propose the development of cooperation and
sanitation management, which provides them an optimized
schedule. This project is headed by the classroom officers of the
said classroom. All 41 students of this section shall participate.
They will also get the benefits such as a clean classroom and a
comfortable place to study.
This project will also benefit the teachers who will come to teach
in the classroom as well to the adviser of this section. This project
will begin on March 09, 2020 and it will end on the last day of the
school year. The only expenses will be the cleaning materials that
this project will provide. The budget for this is estimated at 800-
1,000 pesos.
 PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The following are the list of the goals of this project entitled
“MANAGEMENT AND SANITATION OF CLEANLINESS
OF GRADE XI-HUMSS ALMARIO”. It includes to:

1. Accommodate action with our fellow classmates.

2. Discern the sanitary in room.
3. Make a better learning environment.
4. Fewer sick days and absences.
5. More productive teaching.
6. Better equipment performances.
 EXPECTED OUTCOME

We aim this project to practice the chastity in room and applied

at home, if we do such we can prevent perching dengue and get
rid from the new virus, the corona virus disease or known as
covid19. Maintaining a clean and tidy classroom environment is
important for a number of reason. A clean classroom minimizes
spread of germs prevent offending smells from lingering, and
runs more smoothly overall than untidy classroom.
