Group Presentation Guides: Real Company Analysis Improvement Initiatives
Each group needs to identify a real company (private or multinational company in Vietnam or in
other countries), provide an in-depth analysis of the human resource management system and
propose improvement initiatives for the chosen company in your group presentation.
•The content should include but are not limited to understanding how the company culture and the
existing issues of human resource management system, analyzing a specific HR matters and people-
related initiatives, incidents, or practices in the chosen company.
•An effective presentation should be well organized with intensive research from multiple credible
sources, such as official websites, cases, annual reports, books, book chapters, and journal papers, to
support all the key points and arguments (evidence-based). The presentation should be comprised of
these main areas: (i) what are the existing issues? (ii) describe the issues and improvement solutions
or recommendations in details, and (iii) convince the audience that the ideas or solutions bring
significant value to the company.
