 INTRODUCTION
Al-hadith is the second sources after Al-qur’an. According to the language of hadith, it’s
mean 2‫د‬2‫جد ي‬22‫ لا‬, which is something new, indicating something close and a short time. Hadith also
means news, which is something that is reported, discussed, and transferred from one person to
another.
Hadith according to the term syara 'are things that come from the Prophet Muhammad
SAW, whether it is speech, deed, or confession (taqrir).
HADITH QAULIYAH (SPEECH)
is all forms of words or speech that attributed to the Prophet Muhammad saw.
Example:

“Mukmin and the other mukmin is like one building, one with another strengthens each other”
(H.R Bukhori & Muslim)
HADITS FI’LIYAH
all deeds that are based on the Prophet SAW. In the hadith there is news about the actions
of the Prophet SAW. Which became the behavior of the companions at that time, and became a
must for all Muslims to follow. Such as, performing the five daily prayers with its procedures
and pillars and the work of performing the pilgrimage.
Example :

َ ُ‫ص ُّلوا َك َما َرأَ ْيتُ ُمونِي أ‬

)‫صلِّي (رواه البخاري‬ َ ‫ َو‬:)‫صلَّى هَّللا ُ َعلَ ْي ِه َو َسلَّ َم‬
َ ِ ‫ال َرسُو ُل هَّللا‬
َ َ‫ك ( ق‬
ٌ ِ‫َع ْن َمال‬

From Malik (Rasulullah saw bersabda): "And pray as you see me praying." (H.R. Bukhari)
