Test and Commissioning of Generation Facilities
for Ensuring Readiness to Deliver Energy to the
Grid or Distribution Network”

• Was because of issues on the prolonged test

and commissioning of some generation
facilities (with recorded maximum Test and
Commissioning period of 5 years)
• Provides the framework on the conduct of Test
and commissioning of generation facilities
• Became effective on 17 July 2021.
