The Examinations and Standards committee is a
subcommittee of the NORTHWESTERN ZAMBIA
CONFERENCE Youth Executive committee, which is
tasked with the responsibility of Establishment,
planning and guidance of curriculum advancement and
programming, for
the NWZC Youth Ministry, and enforcement of the
approved policies
The Examinations and Standards committee is a

EXAMINATION

MALPRACTICES
Malpractice is defined as any deliberate act, contrary to the
rules of examinations designed to give a candidate an unfair
advantage or to place another candidate at a disadvantage.

Malpractice if left unchecked seriously undermines the


credibility of the examination system.
 
1. External assistance: Individuals who are not
candidates giving assistance to exam candidates.
2. Copying: Reproduction of another candidate’s work
with or without permission
3. Smuggling in of foreign material: Bringing in the
exam room resource material such as note books,
pieces of paper scribbled with content likely to be
in a question paper. It also includes scribbling of
subject notes on pieces of cloth, back of
1.Collusion: Unauthorized passing of
information or scripts between
candidates.
2.Any other activity that proves to be in
contempt with the particular exam’s rules
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must meet of 75% of the requirement on the
class requirement card to qualify for a progressive
assessment, chief or District standards officer must
ensure that all checked items are verified through the
provision of supporting documentation by signing the
requirement card,

the chief instructor standards officer binds himself to


the testimony that a candidate has met the 75%
requirement standards for sitting for a progressive
examination.
PREREQUISITE
Be a baptized member, in regular
*standing, of the Seventh-day
*Adventist Church.
*2. Have a written recommendation
*from your local church board.
*3. Be at least 16 years of age to start
*the Master Guide curriculum
*and at least 18 years of age at
*completion.
* 4.
Be an active staff member of an
*Adventurer or Pathfinder Club.
*5. Complete a Basic Staff Training
*Course1 and be involved for a
*minimum of one year in one2 of the
*following ministries:
*a. Adventurer Ministries
*b. Pathfinder Ministries

EXAMS

*EXAM will be held every third week of may


and second week of September respectively

*Master guide both papers will be available in

*Progressive classes its only one paper per
adventure or pathfinder each year as the
manual says ,
*For youths above 20yrs who wants to do
progressive classes can do maximum 3 at
once.
*2021 all progressive classes will be done
by conference .
*HONORS
*2021 HONORS will be done by local church's
examined by the district under supervision
of the conference.
*The conference in conjunction with district
leadership will guide of which honors to do,
*The district is at liberty to recommend
witch honors suite perfectly according to
the local needs or location.

*Progressive investiture will be done by


local church through the district
supervised by the conference
*Master guide investiture will be
organized by the conference only
*There is no honorary master guide

ministry the other one is senior ministry
