Ruler –Used for measuring length
• Clock-Used for measuring time.
• A  Protractor is a measuring instrument
used for measuring angles.
•  Measuring cylinder or Mixing cylinder is a
common piece of laboratory equipment
 used to measure the volume of a liquid.
• A Thermometer is a device
that measures temperature(the degree
of hotness or coldness of an object).
A measuring cup or measuring jug is a
kitchen utensil used primarily to
measure the volume of liquid. 
• Electricity Meter for measuring electrical
energy used
• A Scale or balance is a device to
measure weight or mass. These are also
known as mass scales, weight scales,.
