as the blowing of the wind and barking of the dog. You also
hear sounds created by machines and people. These sounds
can be pleasant or unpleasant, loud or soft to the ear.

was credited as on of the first musicians to
indicate dynamics in music notations.

Dynamics -is the degree of loudness or softness

in music. It is usually referred to as the volume
of musical sounds.
EXAMPLES OF DYNAMICS

• Dynamics are symbols as guides in

interpreting a musical piece through its
dynamics. They are used for measuring or
determining how loud or soft a musical piece
is to be played or sung. Dynamic terms are
derived from the Italian language.

Product designing
• Attractive packaging of products is an
effective means of catching the attention
of buyers. Some buyers have the tendency
to choose the item to purchase just by
looking at the attractive packaging and
design of products. Different materials of
various sizes, colors, Shapes and textures
are used in packaging products.
• Product designing can be a very
challenging task. Product
designers need to be very creative
in coming up with the most
attractive visual presentation for
each product they are working on.
A poorly design product will not
be appealing to its target buyers;
thus it may not be used as saleable
as a competing product that is
attractively design or packaged.
