Due to market competition and availability of businesses, an organization needs to focus on the degree to which a customer is satisfied with its products and/or services of the organization. This research project is based on the comparative study on customer satisfaction at McDonald’s Indore. REVIEW OF LITERATURE Keywords, such as “customer satisfaction and attitude” and “branding”, were typed in to find appropriate articles. The majority of the articles used have been published in recognized scientific journals such as Journal of Marketing Research and European Business Review, which is another indication of the quality of the articles. As per my view it’s a qualitative brand , using good food products, maintain hygiene and taste consistently at affordable price and they have very good properties all over the world. RATIONAL OF STUDY The purpose of this project to know service quality and customer satisfaction and how they impact on organization. For this purpose I selected McDonalds to obtain necessary data. Building on its longstanding work to improve the quality of service that affect public well- being, the Center for the study of social policy has developed a Customer Satisfaction Initiative. OBJECTIVES:- 1. Identify Indian customers demographics and fast food stores patterns. 2. Identify the level of satisfaction of Indian customers on their fast food experience on the Indore area attributes. 3. Examine the intention to customer retention and willingness to recommend the Indore area and India. 4. To study the satisfaction level of customer towards McDonalds. 5. To study the customers perception toards McDonalds. METHODOLOGY:- A) RESEARCH DESIGNE The study sets out to expand upon previously completed work on the topic of “A Study of customer satisfaction with Special reference to McDonalds Indore”. Considering the nature of my research, I intend to use a questionnaire approach drawing on qualitative and quantitative research methods. This study further defines and discusses the following: the research design, the research approach, the research methods, the sample design and data collection and analysis of the research. B. VARIABLES TO BE USED 1) Primary data:- Primary data can be defined as the new data collected for the specific purpose of the research. This usually includes the use for various forms of interviews and questionnaire. 2) Secondary data:- Secondary Research will be aimed at focusing on existing sources of information such as an internal document, journal, magazines, internet etc. C) SAMPLE DESIGNE:- The sample size will be 100 respondents of Indore.
