PRESENTATION ON:-
A Study Of Customer Satisfaction With
Special Reference To “McDonald’s Indore”
INTRODUCTION
Customer satisfaction is one the most common and
important aspects in any organization, particularly in fast-
food industry. Due to market competition and availability
of businesses, an organization needs to focus on the
degree to which a customer is satisfied with its products
and/or services of the organization. This research project
is based on the comparative study on customer satisfaction
at McDonald’s Indore.
REVIEW OF LITERATURE
Keywords, such as “customer satisfaction and
attitude” and “branding”, were typed in to find
appropriate articles. The majority of the articles used have
been published in recognized scientific journals such as
Journal of Marketing Research and European
Business Review, which is another indication of the
quality of the articles. As per my view it’s a qualitative
brand , using good food products, maintain hygiene and
taste consistently at affordable price and they have very
good properties all over the world.
