PURCHASE
ORDER  PURCHASE ORDER(PO) is an official order
form completed by the buyer including
descriptions , quantities and prices.
 A purchase order is not a bill.

It is the first process set by a
manufacture to control materials.

CUTTING
The first stage in the manufacturing of
garments is the cutting and for that pattern
making is the base.
STITCHING  Stitching is a row of stitches that have
been sewn in a piece of cloth.
 The machines used here are

 Overlock machines JUKI
 Buttoning machine
CHECKING
 Garment inspection should include on-site
function checks of closures to test durability
and ensure they’re securely attached to the
garment.
IRONING AND
PRESSING  Ironing is done by subjecting a cloth to heat and
pressure with or without steam to remove
unwanted creases.
PACKING
 A nice packaging of garments
sometimes increases sales at the
retailer’s point.
DELIVERY

 And the last stage is transport. In this process


the packages are transported to the ports for
exports and domestic.
