Enterprise environmental Factors EEF
• weather conditions Very high temperatures during summer season (April-October )at which working at night is a
must and working during day shift is only for customer meetings and day to day activity planning with customer
team as customer team are working day shifts only.
• Ramadan Month working time regulations reduction
• Fog during wintertime affects transportation, so flying is the best mean of transportation during winter season.
• Project location is inside a low culture village , so care must be taken regarding theft and equipment’s and store
locations.
• Employees accommodation is at the nearest hotel which is 30 KM from site location.
• Unpaved roads from accommodation to site which put extra risks at employees.
• Site location at a village where there’s no potable water ,only water wells are available .
• Hydrogen generation plant for GTG cooling is a highly explosive area , so all equipment’s and radio communication
devices should be intrinsically safe.
• Fuel gas area and gas compressor are highly explosive environment, so all communication radios and tools should be
intrinsically safe.
• Communication network availability .
• Human resources available.
• Available capital resources.
Organization Process assets

• Company software dongles for the control system is a company

intellectual property and shouldn’t be used outside the project
except after written approval from the company.
• Company installation field procedures (Know How) , startup,
testing and operation procedures are the company information
which shouldn’t be disseminated outside the project except
after written approval.
• Design manuals , lessons learned and historical data from
previous projects are company confidential data and shouldn’t
be spread outside the company. .
