MEANING OF HUMAN RIGHTS
Human rights are the basic rights and
freedoms that belongs to every person in the
world from birth untill death . They can never
be taken away allthough , then can be
restricted . For example , if a person breaks
the law or national securties .
Human rights are inherited , as covered in the
definition above a right is a freedom of some
kind ,it is some thing to which you are
entitled by virtue of being human . Human
rights are based on the principles of respect
for the individual . They are called human
rights because they are universal.
THE basic human rights
are :
1. Right to life .
2 . Right to dignity.
3 . Right to fairness.
4 . Right to equality .
5 . Right to respect and
independence.

DEFINITIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS :

Human rights as a claim to something of
crucial importance for human life.

According to Dr purohit :
HUMAN RIGHTS are the basic values
which underlie that human beings,born
in any part of the world are equal in
dignity in rights ..
Features of human rights :
1. Human rights are alineable.
2 . Human rights are irovacable .
3 . Human rights are universal .
4 . Human rights are dynamic .
5 . Human rights are essential and
necessary.
6 . Human rights protect
vulnerable groups from abuse .
