• Planned to break the stereotypical large-scale


development in middle income housing.

• Also intended to achieve the concept of balanced


communities and adapts to the varying site
conditions.
Perry’s principles

• Residential area divided into 5 neighbourhood


units.
• High school near the town centre for all 5 units.
• Streets are planned for specific functions.
• Central Shopping area has 600,000 sq. ft. of
parking space.
• 475 acres reserved for industrial park.
• This industrial park is separated from the nothern
neighborhood units by the Belt Line Railroad.
• Has green belts and minor green belts.
• Shopping centre connected by main roads.
