There are different departments which work on product bases
For example the advertisement department work on the product that
is youth package and works on the life plus package as well.
Similarly the same advertisement team works on Prepaid adds as
well as post paid adds.

The manager has the full control on the area under his authority.

He has the authority to make policies in his own area.

example cost estimation can be reduced.
This also provides better balance between time, cost and performance

Simple

Only the owner makes the decisions so if he makes wrong decision the whole
organization can be affected.
Restricts the organization to a small size as if no of employees increase the
complexity can increase.
