 The mission of IoBM is to foster a


learning environment, where
students are motivated to make
learning an ongoing life long

 This sounds somewhat like a


vision and should be mentioned in
a separate Vision Statement

aim is to prepare students who
excel academically as well as in
management skills. Students

 The LUMS has a separate vision


statement which IoBM doesn’t
have

 More characteristics are missing in


the mission statement of LUMS as
compared to IoBM 10
 The mission statement of IoBM is
comprehensive and excessively
wordy while that of LUMS is
concise and clear cut but missing
some aspects that need to be
mentioned.
