FALETTI’S-HOTEL
FALETTI’S HOTEL  is an old historical hotel in Lahore
Pakistan, which was opened in 1880 during the British
Raj by an Italian Giovanni FALETTIS. It was closed in the
late 1990s for privatization and re-opened in June 2013
after undergoing refurbishment.

As u see our hotel management is overall linked with public relation or
dealing with different types of customer. So we prefer an extrovert or
collaborative personality in our employees.

• How do you observe and change the personality of an


employee?
By giving them training or guidance to know about the management of our
hotel.

We prefer cash rewards in terms of giving bonuses or increments in our
employees salary.

By giving free buffet to our employee of the month.
By giving medical and petrol allowances to our employees.

• Do you see stress in your employees?


Yes we see it a lot in our employees but this stress
is for a very short time period. because our
consistent working make our employees stressful.

• How do you deal with stressful employees?


As i describe above that the reason behind the
stresses of our employees is consistent working so
giving some holidays or having some best
leave policy help us in dealing with such type of
situation.

As all says "first impression is the last impression"
we don’t believe in this we are making perception
on the basis of working of our employees or our new
internees.

Yes stereo type error is very common so this is also
present in our organization.

We believe that  every situation is differ from each other so, we react or adopt the technique
according to the situation. For example
Sometimes our employee facing the conflict with customer so first we listen the arguments
of both, our employee or customer then decide whether the fault is related to which party in
reality then react according to the situation.

Yes we are also facing those type of conflicts like other organizations we try our best to
overcome these type of conflicts because these conflicts affects our effective working
therefore we try that our employee not interacting that much together which causes that
