According to Husni (2010), teaching materials have an important role in the learning process,
namely the reference used by instructors or trainees. For instructors, teaching materials become
a reference which is absorbed by its contents so that it can become knowledge and for
instructors, these teaching materials become a reference in conveying their knowledge.

The development of teaching materials needs to
be carried out as a supporter in the process of
education and training that is carried out
systematically. In its development, it is necessary
to pay attention to the applicable factors and the
development procedures/steps.Factors that need
to be considered include: Content Accuracy,
Accuracy of Coverage, Digestibility of Teaching
Materials, Use of Language,
Appearance/Packaging, Illustrations, and
Completeness of Components. Meanwhile, the
procedure consists of four main steps, namely:
Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation and
Revision.All of these references are needed in
order to benefit from the development of teaching
materials as an important support for teacher
teaching and student learning
