Conclusion:
The pandemic appears prone to leave the
USA debilitated and uncontrolled for at any
rate the close to term, with many thousands,
perhaps even millions, of its residents dead.
It has just uncovered huge essential
imperfections, from a deplorably frayed
social security net to perilous foundational
bigotry. Many Americans will not survive
the pandemic.
