 Automation is a process, or a system operates

automatically. Automation is the use of electronics
and computer-controlled devices to assume control of
processes. The aim of automation is to boost
efficiency and reliability.

 S7-200 smart plc

 S7-200 smart plc is most used in industrial field , because of

add new features in it. There are 255 I/O is given in the plc.
This is also called brain of machine. Blue wire is used to
indicate the different inputs and outputs. White wires is used
for power supply. 24v dc (M24 for + and p24 for – 0).
 S7-400 plc
It is also called Distributive control system .
It is computerized controlled system with many controls
loop in plant process or manufacturing . There I/O are
available in Digital(32000) and analog (2024).
But there is no central operator supervisory control.
What is supervisory operator control
system ?

 By means of supervisory control operator

system is that the system software and
hardware to control threw remote location , the
monitor gathered real time data. Is known as
supervisory operator control system.
Relay card
 Basically relay card is the main purpose of plc is to
control the system with a simple method to interface
a low level control output from a control system.
 All know that relays are like a switches which are
operate both electrically and mechanically, also set of
contact.
 In relay C1 – NC point (normally closed)
 O1 – NO point (normally open)
 P1 – Power (supply)
 N – Neutral is common and have a one point.
Plc Transducer
 Plc transducer is device that supply constant
current about 4 to 20mA to the plc.
 It is also called Ac line transducer.
 High accuracy.
 Fast response and minimum ripples.
 This transducer supply two outputs for two plc
at a same time with constant current.
