SUBMISSION USING OSC 3.0+
1. All consultants can upload the
relevant documents and drawings
separately / progressively.
2. Planner is the PSP. Once the
relevant documents and drawings
are uploaded, planner will click
submit for further Authority action.
3. All consultants to wait for online
comments from the Authority.
4. Once clearance is obtained from
OSC, hardcopy documents and
drawings will be submitted at the
OSC counter.
