Abstract

• In the developing enterprises and the constant demands of the product

diversity, traditional management system has more workload and low
efficiency.
• This paper presents a new type of secure inventory management system.
• This system has great advantages compared to the previous inventory
management system.
• In our application the service dates, product details and the warranty
cards are in the form of encrypted code then it is converted into QR Code.
• This QR Code will be viewed only by the registered customer added by the
sales executive to a particular product.
• Then the GST and IGST are automatically calculated by this application.
• There are separate modules for customer,Sales Executive and Owner.
• Both the customer and sales executive information are only known by the
owner of the company.
• The Sales executive can known the details about their allotted products only.

• (i)We are using Encrypted codes after scanning the QR codes.
• (ii)We will be calculating the GST and IGST taxes for products

Features
• Separate Modules for Customer, Sales Executive, Manager were
used.
• QR Code Generator for encrypting the warranty card and product
information was designed using Android Studio.
• Product information can be encrypted using AES algorithm so that
nobody can access the details except the customer and sales
executive.
• Customer will be notified about the service dates on time.
• Billing and Calculation of GST and IGST are done in this Application.
• Bills can be converted in the form of PDF.
