THE RIGHT COURSE OF ACTION TO COMMUNICATE RAVI WOULD BE HORIZONTAL


COMMUNICATION

There is a problem in the sales of our product which is a combination of your company’s product and my company
product, which is being exploited by the market retailers. Which is making a big loss for our company in marketing as
well as is sales.

Teamwork is important because it enables your team to share ideas and responsibilities, which helps reduce stress on
everyone, allowing them to be meticulous and thorough when completing tasks. This will enable them to meet sales
goals quickly.

HIGHLIGHTS OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CHANELS OF COMMUNICATION

1) Clarity: When Ravi is communication he should be clear about his objective of the communication.

2) Completeness : He should say everything that he is planning to say to Rajeev and it should be complete
information.

3) Concise: give him all the small details in small talks and cover all the work he has done in the field for research.

4) Concrete: he should say all the details and report in such a way their should be no room for interruption or ask a
question about is

5)Correctness: will talking to Rajeev , Ravi should be correct in every way is grammar to because it makes an wrong
impression on the colleagues if your grammar is wrong.

6) Considerate: Ravi has to be causes about the felling of Rajeev he might hurt his feelings.

7)Courteous: he has to say all these is a respectful way and manner.

In this case Ravi should use verbal communication

RAVI IS FACING ATTITUDE AND PERCEPTION BARRIER

Attitudinal barriers are behaviours or perceptions that prevent people from communicating effectively .
Attitudinal barriers to communication may result from personality conflicts, poor management,  resistance to change or
a lack of motivation. To be an effective receiver of messages you should attempt to overcome your own attitudinal
barriers to to help ensure more effective communication.

rajeev

 THE APPROPRIATE CHANNELS FOR COMMUNICATIOIN FOR THE STAKEHOLDERS

1)Branch Manager: Verbal communication is one of the most common ways of communicating at the workplace.
Managers call their team members on a common platform and instruct them as to what is expected out of them. In
verbal communication, team members are told about their roles and responsibilities orally through words.

2) Sales Team: email would be better for that because sales team offenly are busy so for that email would be better
option as there and the number of people in a sales team is higher.

3)Group Head: Verbal comunication would be better as he will be able to tell all the details by himself
