1)PROBLEMS IN MANAGEMENT SIDE
 This company was once manage by two person but then, many
problems arise.
Solution
 The manager decided to manage this company all by himself. He
control every single things from a to z

2) PROBLEMS IN HUMAN (EMPLOYEES)


 This company only have 4 permanent workers. Some tender needs to
be done quick and lack of workers.
Solution
 The manager decided to hire a part time group to support team.
3)PROBLEMS FROM CLIENTS
 Some clients refuse to pay when the job is done.
Solution
 They keep follow-up the clients until they receive the right amount of pay.
If happen the clients did not pay, they will never receive any tender from
them.

S - STRENGTH
• They are expert in their field – electrical services

• Other company did not specify in the same major, but still
they are some – power

• Time management is okay – work can be done in the given


time

• Manage money successfully


W - WEAKNESS
• Have to complete the task in order to get paid

• Still have competition

• No marketing group

• Only 4 permanent workers – all man

• Have to finish work as soon as possible – sometimes OT is


required
O - OPPORTUNITIES
• Trusted by private and government company

• Give opportunities for students to do their internship

• Give opportunities for temporary workers


T - THREAT
• Penalty if some tender is not completed in given time

• They are improving their company’s quality services by


comparing with other construction service in other country
CONCLUSION
 E.E Terbilang sdn bhd still has the problem in management
and technical. So, they need to improve their performance to
manage the company.

 The management system will be more effective and efficient if


all the problems that they have can be handling.
