● Assign accelerators for additional value => Associate PO
○ MFBC mid products become quite big in near future
■ Associate PO can support product enhancement
■ Associate PO can lead product development when we develop products in VN market
● Basically PO comes to HN for some months when developing products in HN branch

Organization
● Hanoi branch is directed only by VN members in 2 years from starting up
○ → The first branch directed by non-Japanese members
