central processing unit (CPU) is the electronic circuitry within a

 * Advantages:
It facilitates design of small computers such as
mobile phone, Tab and embedded computers etc.
Power of arithmetic and logical operations Can be
enhanced by having multiple processors in a
computer. It crunches mathematical and business
data faster.
* Disadvantages:

In addition to the proper heat sink, you may need

additional cooling fans inside the computer case, or
even a liquid cooling system. Failing to dissipate the
heat that a processor emits can cause irreparable
damage to the processor itself and to other
components.
* Components:
The central
processing unit
(CPU) consists of six
main components:

-control unit (CU).

-arithmetic logic unit
(ALU).
-registers.
-cache.
-buses.
-clock.

to play in a computer system with its

various components for processing and
