PLAN
• The products selected are cupcakes. The team will
make cupcake products and it will be distributed and
sold to the potential customers. Upon operating its
production, the team would produce products that
would suffice. It will be marketed and managed as
well. The team would also work on the downsides
that they would encounter in the long run and apply
much development. The goal is to give value to the
customers through making cupcakes. More analyses
will be applied to ease the development plan.
MARKETING
PLAN
• As a bakery, Sweet – alicious Cupcakes would have a broad target
market. People of all ages, children through adults, enjoy delicious
treats, and therefore would be incorporated in the target market.
This product is not a high priced item and, as a result, would be
available to nearly all people regardless of varying incomes.
Located in an area with a high tourism rate, the target market of this
business will include tourists; however, many locals will also
indulge in the delights. The catering service would be especially
utilized by locals for large events and celebrations. Sweet - alicious
Cupcakes would be able to rely on locals for more year round
business whereas the tourists would only frequent during the
summer and winter months.
• The products of Sweet - alicious Cupcakes would be
appreciated by all consumers who simply enjoy a decadent
treat. Whether consumers are looking for plain, simple
cupcakes, or intricately designed treats, this bakery will be
able to meet their needs. For consumers who are looking to
come in and sit down, Sweet - alicious Cupcakes would be
preferred by customers who enjoy a calm, modern,
comfortable atmosphere. Locals and visiting tourists, with
varying ages and differing income levels, will all be
included in the target marketing of Sweet - alicious
Cupcakes.

MANAGEMENT
TEAM
• - Recognizing the importance of human capital, Sweet -
alicious Cupcakes has assembled a strong management
team. The team is led by Izza Mariano. As we all know
that the management team can help build a business and
the owner will manage the business. Owners are
responsible for the growth, stability, direction and daily
operation of the business. Managing a team of bakery
employees is often a full-time job in and of itself. In this
kind of business, we would need the pastry chefs to handle
these processes.
• Bakers/creative artist is the one who will decorate cupcakes
or pastries while cashiers scan items, ensure that prices are
correct, and they collect payments. They also assist
customers by explaining or recommending items,
answering questions, and processing exchanges or refunds.
And lastly, we would need an employee/s. In our cupcake
business, employee/s should prepare resumé, he/she also
have an experience and we also recommend the basic form
that’ll need on our business, the police clearance and
barangay clearance.

• Sweet - alicious Cupcakes would contain a few beneficial
strengths to make it more desirable than its competitors. It
would be also capable of meeting the needs of consumers
requesting specific modifications to satisfy particular health
and diet needs. As our business is cupcake, we are entering
the food industry, specifically baked goods. The industry is
expected to rise by 20% in the next 3 years. Finally, the
convenient catering service and the comfortable lounge for
customers to relax in as they indulge in our delicious
delights will be major advantages of our business.
• Target
• Sweet - alicious Cupcakes is a local bakeshop located in Del
Pilar, Cabatuan, Isabela that sells different kinds of cupcakes at
an affordable price. Sweet - alicious Cupcakes target market is
made up of any gender who have income or money to buy our
cupcakes. Our target consumers are those who were near in our
bakeshop that really like sweets. They can buy for themselves or
the children, and can also be used for celebrations such as
birthdays, baptisms, etc. Consumers can also request what design
they want for their cupcake. The product of Sweet - alicious
Cupcakes are clean, healthy and delicious that would satisfy our
costumers needs.

• DEMOGRAPHIC- the criteria include age and income. Younger
customers may order pastries from our cupcake shop, while families
may drop by for breads and rolls. Orders for tiered cupcakes for
birthdays and other special events may come from high-income
households.

Of the many productive quarantine things everyone’s tried this year, baking
is the most popular. You’ll save your waistline from all those homemade
cupcakes you’ve been baking, too, if you sell them to people online. Our
small store front business is called Sweet - alicious Cupcakes. Sweet -
alicious Cupcakes would produce and sell high quality cupcakes to the
residents of Brgy. Del Pilar in Cabatuan, Isabela. It would be the only
product we would sell from the store. Our business' goal as a community-
based cupcake baking and retailing business is to become the number one
choice of residence in the community where we intend to retail our
cupcakes and also to build a successful business that would stand time and
become loved within the community we belong.
• We would ensure also that we hold ourselves accountable to the
highest standards by meeting our customers’ needs precisely and
completely. Also, our plan is to provide cupcakes our customers'
would want to eat over and over again, while also maintaining a
quality and attractive look for the product sold.
• This might look too tall a dream, but we are optimistic that this would
surely come to pass because we are enthusiastic and confident that
Del Pilar is the right place to launch this type of business. When
Sweet - alicious Cupcakes first opens, it would host an opening to
gain consumer awareness. The event would offer free samples of a
variety of products offered by the business to achieve consumer
interest and desire, which in turn would increase consumer purchases.
• Community involvement would also greatly promote Sweet -
alicious Cupcakes as the business shows its participation and intent
to contribute to the community. Such involvement will also increase
consumer awareness as community members are frequently exposed

• To enable our business to prosper, we have the notion of
implementing offers which introduces our cupcake business

would help us gain more customers for them to be aware
about the products available in our business. And lastly, by
giving our customer an special offer by giving them 5% off
every box of 6 on our flavored cupcakes.

• This is extremely important to us because this when the
hardwork begins to really pay off. In a small business
like our cupcake business, we need a strong exit strategy
which is what we called "merger", this would be the
most favorable exit plan as it would provide us with
more resources.

DAY 1
-on the first day, we were able to know what work immersion is
and why it's important. We’ve learned the guidelines for work
immersion implementation in the new normal and how it actually
works. After knowing that students can't be deployed to
experience real life work because there is a pandemic, We were a
little bit disappointed because we can't experience working and
know what it's like to be in the field of work
• Day 2. On the second day, we have gained a lot of knowledge on how to
create a business plan and I know that it is not easy as we think. We also
tackled on how and why business plan is important in a business. As a
student, it's hard to adjust in the new normal and thus time of crisis
because we didn't have a chance to experience real life work and we didn't
have a chance to learn new knowledge and skills in our field of work.

• Day 3. On the third day, out teacher reminded us on how we would do well
our business proposal and she also remined us what we need to Re-do on
our proposals. It was also a great day because our 3rd Quarter 2nd Sem is
almost over.
DAY 4. On the 4th day, we had enough time to do our miniature for our
Cupcake business and it's fun.

DAY 5. On the 5th day, we were able to accomplish the parts of our business
plan and also we had an ample time to edit and finalize our output. We also
have had a time to finish our miniature for our small cupcake business.

DAY 6. On the 6th day, our teacher tackled about our financial plan and we
have learned that the financial plan helps us to guide our decision for the
accountability of having a future business. I also learned that it reminds us
on our future goal to have an efficient and healthy business. And then we
decided to make it as a team.
• day 7-10, we have had a chance to make and
finalize our financial statements and we prepared
for the virtual defense.
