    Personal Counselling

    ► Counselling of staff is becoming an essential function of the Supervisor.


    ► Supervisor is counsellor, mentor, and advisor of the workers.
    ► If he does not get connected with the workers by above roles, it is difficult to achieve the
    objectives.
    ► Counselling at workplace is a way of the organization to care about its employees.
    ► Apart from their personal problems, there are various reasons which can create stress for the
    employees at the workplace.
