Pharmacological Management
 Salbutamol : The muscle fibres of the all bronchi,
first from tracheal towards the respiratory
bronchioles, are relaxed by salbutamol.

 Salbutamol works as a functioning antagonism to

calm the trachea regardless of the spasmogen in
question, guarding against any bronchoconstrictor
threats.
 Corticosteroids

By blocking the production of secretagogue via

monocytes, corticosteroids decrease mucus production.

Corticosteroids work by reducing the inflamed response

and interacting with cell activation to stop the end
stage response.

The suppression of LTB4 release might be the cause of

this effect.
Corticosteroids as well as other anti-inflammatory
medications reduce irritation, stiffness, and
mucus secretion in an asthmatic's airways.

As a consequence, the bronchi are much less

congested and less prone to respond to asthmatic
stimuli, giving asthma sufferers more command
over their disease by use of corticosteroids.

Disease Condition
Extrinsic Asthma
 Exogenous asthma is shortness of breath

induced by such an immune reaction,

particularly one that is persistent.
 When you have you have allergy symptoms,

ones blood test shows greater levels of IgE

(Immunoglobulin E).
Pathophysiology

 External factors like pollution, dirt, or allergens cause

irritated bronchi when in an asthma attack.

 Breathing becomes difficult when the airways constrict

and generate extra mucus.

 Asthma is caused by an immunological reaction in the

airways of the lungs.

 The muscular bordering the airways stiffen, as well as the

coverings covering the bronchi become irritated and
inflamed, producing a mucus buildup throughout an
asthma episode.

 An asthmatic attack happens when the bronchi become

increasingly constricted.
Prevention
 Vaccination against influenza and pneumonia

 Avoid Asthma triggers

 Reduce stress

 Handwashing

 Maintaining healthy body weight

Transformational Leadership theory

 As per transformational leadership ideology, the nurse

leader in this situation must set aside time and allocate a
dedicated space for a one-on-one conversation with the
caregiver to reaffirm her of the leadership's regard and
faith.

 Secondly, leaders will communicate effectively with their

teams in order to motivate them to achieve their
objectives. Leaders should also be self-assured, trust in
own ideas, and have the guts to accomplish their
objectives.
 Participative management, also known as
democratic leadership, is a form of leadership
wherein group members are involved in
judgement call.

 As a consequence, supporters are much more

involved inside the strategy implementation,
more dedicated to the objectives, and more
driven to work well.
 Nurses who practice participatory leadership
are more likely to perform team roles and
individual obligations, according to research
 It can increase team cooperation and work
engagement by fostering mutual trust
between the workforce and the leader.

 As a consequence, employees are more

satisfied with their jobs and feel more
empowered.
