Note:
1) Provisional Materials Engineers may be assigned to a maximum of three (3) DPWH Projects simultaneously
with individual project cost of Php 3 Million to Php 20 Million and an aggregate amount of not more than Php 60
Million.
2) Provisional Materials Inspectors may be assigned to a maximum of three (3) DPWH Projects simultaneously
with individual project cost of not more than Php 3 Million and an aggregate amount of not more than Php 9
Million.
3) Non-Accredited Materials Engineers are hereby prohibited to be assigned to DPWH Projects in light of the
implementation of the Provisional Accreditation of Materials Engineers and Materials Inspectors.

Note:

IMPOSITION OF OUTRIGHT SANCTION TO DPWH FIELD ENGINEERS WHO
REFUSE TO PROVIDE PERTINENT PROJECT DOCUMENTS DURING QUALITY
ASSURANCE UNIT (QAU) INSPECTIONS/INVESTIGATIONS
Per Department Order No. 05, Series of 2012
> Any Field Engineer who will not cooperate during the
conduct of QAU project inspection/assessment or fail
to present the required documents shall be meted an
outright sanction equivalent to suspension from
handling any project for a period of three (3) months.
