3/4 Time Signature

Songs written in 3/4 time signature have
beats that go in 3s. This means that
every complete measure in the song
contains rhythmic patterns equivalent to
three beats.
Try these: ♫♬

Sing the song “Bahay Kubo” while using

your body percussions to accompany
you by doing a rhythmic pattern in 3s.
Tap(1) clap(2) clap(3). Do it repeatedly as
you sing the song.

Directions: Complete the following measures

by putting a note/s or a rest/s. Make sure
every measure got 3 beats series of rhythmic
patterns.

Directions: Color the measure “green” if the

set of notes and/or rest if it’s correct or
complete with the 3/4 time signature. And
color it “yellow” if it’s wrong or incomplete.
