1. Whenever a new offer or discounts are introduced, many times there are delays in terms of that these
discounts do not appear on the TPS system initially. This delay leads to a lot of customer dissatisfaction. Thus
they need to ensure that the system is updated efficiently.
2. There is a lot of disparity between the inventory displayed on the jiomart app and the actual inventory. Thus, if
the order quantity exceeds the inventory available, the store must complete the orders by gathering inventory
from nearby reliance retail stores. Thus the JIOMART inventory should be integrated efficiently with SAP.
3. There is serious lack of automation at Reliance mart. Since the levels of inventory changes frequently, it is
impossible to control procurement efficiently by using only the human hands. Thus, it is imperative that
Reliance retail implements automation in its ERP System.
4. There is no Customer database for the individual stores. Many retail chains have individual and centralised
customer database, where they can customise the discounts for regular customers from a particular store. This
can also be implemented at Reliance retail.
