1.1 Gantry System Y axis
• Main Carriage Beam Y-axis Made from fabricated steel tube, the
beam is 250 mm x 250 mm special with machined location points for
the guide rails. The guide way rail running surfaces are hardened and
the profile is precision ground. The integral rack is precision cut and
hardened. As a result, traverse noise is kept to a minimum.
• The guide way rollers are made from hardened bearing steel, with
ground guide way surfaces. Any track play that may be in the system
is quickly and easily eliminated with the eccentric hub of the rollers.
• Repeatability: ± 0.10 mm
• Maximum permissible system speed of the ‘Y’ axis. 55 meters per
minute- dependent upon gearbox ratio and motor size.
• Maximum permissible acceleration speed of ‘Y’ axis. 2 meters per
second per second- dependent upon gearbox ratio and motor size.
Gantry system Z axis
• Vertical Z-axis Made from MS, the beam is 125 mm x 125 mm with machined
location points for the guide rails. The guide way rail running surfaces are
hardened and the profile is precision ground. The separate rack is precision cut,
hardened and accurately machined all over to permit continuous mounting
along the beam. As a result, traverse noise is kept to a minimum.
• The guide way rollers are made from hardened bearing steel, with ground guide
way surfaces. They are fitted with double row angular contact bearings that
permit high axial and radial loads with maximum precision. Any track play that
may be in the system is quickly and easily eliminated with the eccentric hub.
• Repeatability: ± 0.10 mm
DRIVE
• Maximum permissible system speed of the ‘Z’ axis. 40 meters per
minute- Dependent upon gearbox ratio and motor size.
• Maximum permissible acceleration speed of ‘Z’ axis. 1.5 meters per
second per second- dependent upon gearbox ratio and motor size.
Pre-requisites – Customer Content

• - All required power drops to Anzo Controls supplied panels


• - Voltage 3 Phase 415 VAC +/- 10%, 50 Hz.
• - Clean, dry compressed air @ 5-6 bar
• - Clean, safe and heated work area, free of obstructions
• - Access to truck dock
• - Approval of drawings within (4) weeks turn around. Approval drawings must be returned within One (1)
week of submission to BL Agro.
• Equipment Colour
• As per Anzo standard. If any change is required, Customer to specify RAL colour shades during DAP stage &
before ordering the various items.

•Warranty: 1-year standard warrant of all the components.
•Company warrants that the Product manufactured by it and delivered
hereunder will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the
Warranty Period. Such warranty is conditioned upon Seller receiving written
notice of any alleged defect within ten (10) days after its discovery within the
Warranty Period. Upon receipt of such timely notice, Company shall make an
investigation and inspection of such alleged defect. In the event Company
determines that Product is defective, Company, at its option and sole
discretion, shall either correct such nonconformity by suitable repair to such
defective Product, or furnish a replacement part F.O.B. point of shipment, or
return to Buyer the purchase price paid for such defective Product; provided
that in all instances, Buyer has fully paid for the Product and has stored,
installed, maintained and operated such Product in accordance with good

industry practices and has complied with the specific recommendations or
instructions of Company. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, COMPANY
MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT(S),
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY (a) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,
(b) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, (c) WARRANTY OF
TITLE; OR (d) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; WHETHER EX
•FORCE MAJEURE :Notwithstanding any other provisions of this agreement, no
liability shall attach to any party in the event of its failure to observe the terms
hereof, if such failure is caused by reason of, or on account of, or in
consequence of any act of GOD or act of State, plague ,famine, pestilence,
epidemic, fire, storm, floods, Corona restrictions, earthquake, restraints of war,
mutiny, riot, civil commotion, disturbances, Government statute or imposition,
or any other such cause what soever. We shall not be liable for damages or any
other consequences in respect of delays in delivery, or nonperformance of the
contract otherwise, if it is due to reasons or circumstances beyond our control,
and despite due diligence and prudence.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSAL
• All items other than those mentioned in above scope of supply such as.
• Civil and foundation work with material for anchoring of each component.
• Main power feeding with specified voltage up to the working cell.
• Customer to make available manual labour, equipment and material
required for erection and
• installation of the equipment's.
• Any other material not mentioned in our scope of supply and if required
will be charged extra at actual.

Exclusions •


The below installation work etc. is not in our scope:
a. “Unloading truck” ... Unloading the robot/equipment box from the truck.
b. “Unpacking” ............ Take out the robot/equipment from the box.
• c. “Rigging” ................. Physical work to move the robot to the cell location.
