Introduction.

The founder of Carter Cleaning Centre, Mr. Jack Karter opened his first
laundromat in 2005 and the other in 2008. This coin laundry business was
capital intensive rather than labor intensive. And the store runs with just
one unskilled attendant and none of the labor problems one normally
expects from being in retail service business.

After that in 2009 jack decided to expand his service and include the dry
cleaning and pressing service of clothes. He embarked on the strategy
named “related diversification” by adding new services that were related to
the existing coin laundry system.
