 ABSTRACT

Online Food Ordering system is a project which aims in developing a

computerized system maintain daily work. This project has many
features which are generally not present in normal form systems.
System like facility of user login etc. It also has a facility of admin login
through which the admin can monitor the whole system. The main
objective of food booking system is to manage the details of user it can
store previous order details of a user where user again order for their
specific meal

Overall, the project of ours is being developed to help people. It is build

an application program to reduce the manual work.
 NEED FOR THE SOFTWARE

This system will reduce the mannual operation required to maintain all
the record and also generates the various report for analysis.

This system provides easy access to the database about the booking of
food from home.

There is always need of a system that will perform management of seat,

beverages ,payment, billing etc.
SCOPE OF THE SOFTWARE
The “ONLINE FOOD ORDERING SYSTEM” is
versatile and flexible system and can be easily
modified to suit the requirement of any other
institute in future. The system has been
designed in such a way that hierarchy
modification capabilities can be affected at any
level. The dynamic screen of the system can
also be modified easily to meet the specific
requirement of any new client.
•Additional capabilities are inbuilt in the system.
•Dynamic screens according to requirement can
be introduced any time.
•System is very flexible for future modifications.

 CONCLUSION
Working on this project “ONLINE FOOD OREDRING SYSTEM” was a
great learning experience. It helped us in developing technical as well as
inter-personal skills and we can definitely say that this period will always
act as a stepping stone in our career as software professional.
The system is developed with the view to overcome the shortcoming of the
existing system which was manual and time consuming.
The main benefits of the system can be enlisted as:-
This system is working fine when tested and most probably will be
implemented. We have been benefited a lot from this project.
I have learned a lot about the pros and cons of handling the real time data,
but it was a great learning experience for me. It also provided me some
understanding about production of software, I am sure that this period will
always remain a stepping stone in my career as software professional.
