Process
1) THE CHILD'S SENSE OF WONDER AND
NATURAL CURIOSITY
-Children have a really high curiosity about things
around them and it can be a powerful motivation for
their learning.  When they drive by their curiosity, the
positive impact on their motivation will absolutely
drive them to learn and this can create a very
meaningful learning.
2) THE CHILD AS AN ACTIVE AGENT IN HIS/HER
LEARNING
- Children will construct their own knowledge which
indirectly make them be the active learner.  They do
not simply receive the knowledge but they need to
construct their own understanding and develop their
own knowledge.
3) THE DEVELOPMENT NATURE OF
LEARNING
-It is important for the children to revisit the
things that they already learned as it can
help them to reinforce or revise the concept
that they already learn.
4) THE CHILD'S KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
AS A BASE FOR LEARNING
-The learning can become meaningful as the child
indirectly doing the continuation of the experiences
and knowledge that they already have in the new
knowledge that they will acquire.  This really will help
them to become excellent in mastering the
knowledge.
5) ENVIRONMENT-BASED
LEARNING
-The environment especially the
classroom environment is a vital
determinant of the learning experience
that access by the children.
6) LEARNING THROUGH GUIDED ACTIVITY AND
DISCOVERY
-The effective learning experience that apply by the
teacher in the classroom can motivate, offer
feedback and advice and also provoke reflection
from the students.  The teacher will play a role here
which he/she provide the suitable scaffolding such as
ICT to the children to acquire the knowledge
completely.
7) LEARNING THROUGH LANGUAGE
-The vital role of language in children
development as the use of it in speaking and
discussion about something.  The use of ICT
really can be a big help to the teacher as it can
be the stimulus for the children to speak and
use the language correctly.
8) THE AESTHETIC DIMENSION
-This can drive them to become motivated to
learn as they see there are still someone
valuing their creative response and it can let
them use the knowledge and experience that
they have in the ICT field as best as they can.
9) THE SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL
DIMENSIONS OF LEARNING
-By using ICT, we actually increased the
opportunity to the children to experience
success with learning and it also extends the
range of learning experience.
10) THE INTEGRATION OF LEARNING
-The authentic learning is important as it can
able the children to make connections between
their learning and real -life tasks.  This can be
offer by the use of ICT as it can let the children
experience the outside world rather than the
classroom environment only.
11) THE TRANSFER OF LEARNING
-One of the key indicator of the success of the
child learning is that the children ability to apply
what they have learned to new situations.  This
can let the child use their ability in transferring
learning by overcome the problem of their inert
knowledge. 
12) HIGHER -ORDER THINKING AND
PROBLEM SOLVING
- The use of ICT can develop the students
higher order thinking skill especially when the
teacher make the correct choice of task, which
it will enable the students' to questions,
analyse, investigate and think critically.
13) COLLABORATIVE LEARNING
- This style of learning can be develop by
using ICT as it allow the stduents' to
working together in one pc.  This also can
develop the students' social and personal
skill as they will mix and learn how to work
with others.
14) TAKING ACCOUNT OF INDIVIDUAL
DIFFERENCE
- The content use in ICT can afford and cover
every differences that have by each student. 
This really can be a benefit for the students'
themselves as it can help them acquire and
develop their understanding about the topic.
