What you Need to Know?
This Video was designed to help you master the ICT as Platform for
Change. The scope of this Video permits it to be used in many different
learning situations. The language used recognizes the diverse vocabulary
level of students. The lessons are arranged to follow the standard sequence
of the course. But the order in which you read them can be changed to
correspond with the module you are now using.

We've heard from our previous lesson about the online collaborative tools. We already know that online
collaborative tools are very useful to effectively monitor group tasks.
 
We also discussed the web portal that contains information from different sources such as emails,
online forums, and search engines on one platform.
 
Multimedia triggers the different senses to function well through the use of different multimedia
contents.

services, defend and promote their rights and responsibilities.

What is Change.org?
Change.org – is dubbed as the “world’s platform for change”
where anyone from online community can create a petition
and ask others to sign it, it gives access to more people
billowing the online community to affix their digital
signatures on a petition. Its mission is to help people from
around the world create the change they want to see.

What is Digital Citizenship?


Digital Citizenship is referring to the utilization of
information technology (IT) in order to engage in society,
politics, and government. K. Moss Berger, et al. define digital
citizens as "those who use the Internet regularly and
effectively".

protect natural resources and minimize pollution like Water,
air, and noise pollution.)

The way I helped environmental groups was to donate some


money, attend their meetings, and volunteer to raise
awareness about the risks of environmental pollution.)
