    • architecture
    • building shape is based on curve on both side and structure have pt beams at large span
    • for the double heights sports area parking and ground floor is merged
    • because of shape area of each floor is different
    • span of bridge is based on shear wall
    • dack level and swimming pool is elevated (upper) level of terrace which is empty.
    • curve edge on 4 corner is shear wall
    • interior
    • plan is rectangle and lift and stair case is out of rectangle
    • passage is end with jacuzzi and living area have full window
    • Stair on penthouse is made of steel and have bolt joiner on beam
    • Steel Stair is have minimal , simple look because on the trade and risers joints is done by wielding and steel is 10 mm thick.
    • entry level is down which have ramp on both side one is towered under ground parking
    • Septic tank entry is on back side of building with landscape and sports area
    which is under ground.
    • Electric duct is left side of entry from there floor or false ceiling in wires going.
    • Between two toilet one duct is provided
