* Advised to have check up as per doctor prescribed, specially to those
who have maintenance.( hypertention, diabetic, heart disease, etc)
*UTI- Advised to repeat urinalysis after treatment
*Increase fluid intake 8 glasses a day or more
*avoid prolong sitting
*Proper posture
*healthy lifestyle, do exercise if possible 20 minutes daily and have
enough sleep minimum 8 hours a day
